Waiver and agreements

These agreements must be accepted before tools can be borrowed.

I understand that I will be asked to sign a waiver of liability when I pick up the tools. I will store the tools securely while in my care. I will provide instruction on the safe and appropriate use of the tools to those who use them. I will return the tools cleaned of soil and plant debris.
